No Entry: Naked. Ashamed. Hiding.

“You can’t come close! Adult content!” Have you heard a statement like that before?

Don’t mind me I’m just having fun playing with the words 😀

Anyway, that’s what the first friend God had told Him, obviously not in that dauntless tone. But let’s take a look at what exactly he said.

Adam’s space got smaller and God became too big to fit in. And guess what got that space smaller – Sin.

Sin would even drive you out of your own domain, can you believe that? Because that’s what happened to Adam and eventually us.

Sin would squeeze you out of your own life because it only comes to destroy us. Sin isn’t our natural habitat per God’s original plan so there’s no way we can survive in there.

We were naked and unashamed when He made us. Sin got in and we were still naked but this time, ashamed? What made the difference? That’s something to think about.

Sometimes we think hiding in our sin will keep us “safe” forgetting that hiding invites darkness and darkness personified is the enemy himself. And he is the greatest accuser.

He only comes to steal you away by your hiding. He sometimes, if not all the time, steals us away with our own permission.

I understand that we’ve got some pretty mean people who would glare at us in the face once they get to know our struggles and weaknesses but always know this, we all have our little demons which we’re fighting. And usually such folks are the ones with the huge ones.

Besides, “For God so loved you that He gave His only begotten Son that if you show Him your nakedness, He will cover you with His love and righteousness and put you back in His Eden”, Thescrolla 3:16. That’s the greatest expression of love- “the covering”

So champ, come out of hiding. As you are. It’s not scary at all. The sun is shining so bright, who dares to touch you?
