Tune to the wavelength of Grace

…Of His fullness have we received grace upon grace…
99.1 FM. Glitch, glitch … 98.9 FM Gliiitch… and then I hear a one liner from one of my favorite songs or programs. Someone saying God loves you or an excited singer working through those riffs in a song. But the gliiiitches are just making it hard for me to listen to anything at all in peace, rather, it’s just getting in the middle of these beautiful pieces serving me little pieces which I can’t piece together at all.
Well I do hope that they don’t get in the middle of my piece though. Cos it’s taken me about ten months to find this peace from which I hope to write this masterpiece. Okay, enough about these pieces, they’re beginning to sound like those glitches.
I’ve always found the mind to be an intriguing creation of God. None of us have seen it yet we believe we have it. As a matter of fact, we even use that imagery as a slap on the faces of those who believe there’s no God and I have realized that this interesting part of man can be his greatest companion or worst enemy. Cos guess what, it’s a part of you that can never be taken out like your appendix or kidney. It sticks with you through it all.
After our first parents tuned their minds against God, we’ve all inherited the same from them and I’m not going to jab them for that again. I think they’ve taken enough blame for whatever happened in the garden. Now we have to deal with ours in the garden God planted when He sent His Son to take the blame for us. Because, the truth is, the one with the glitches has found his way in our garden, spouting those same lies which are getting in the middle of the truth…. obscuring the pieces of God’s word in our minds … making us perceive just the vapor of the Word but not the Word itself. Yes, the Deceiver is robbing our peace and turning it into pieces of deceit, confusion and depression so that we can end up at a place where all we see is the darkness and all we hear is the noise. That’s what his glitches do in our minds: It weakly distorts the unbroken Word of God to make it seem broken by questioning it or putting commas where there are none or full stops where there are conjunctions etc. The devil is a trickster and has a knack for wordplay so make sure before you draw any conclusions about the Scriptures, you know your English well or any language for that matter, and read the Word with the Word Himself.
But I have heard of a wavelength called Grace and it’s only found by a few people. A certain kind of people. A people who have come to the end of themselves and want a new beginning. And what it usually does for those people is, give them a way out of that void, darkness and noise. Tuning to this frequency, makes you hear the clear sound of truth in its precision and there’s no question about it. However, I also learnt that it can be found when you tune in with the hands of faith. And what that means is, believing that you’re going to have access to this grace when you tune in. It is this faith that helps us fight the battle that goes on in our mind. The battle with the glitches. And it is this same faith that guarantees our victory- because it’s the only one that silences the glitches to help us hear what Grace is telling us.
So my mission for this piece is simple- to help you know how to tune your mind to the wavelength of Grace with the hands of Faith. And I hope these pieced thoughts find you well and help you tune into Grace because it’s the only way to keep your mind stayed on His Truth. And a mind stayed on Him is always at rest. Rest I’ve sought for so long and have finally found.
